Data Deletion Request

You can ask us to delete the personal data and connected-account data we hold about you at any time. This page explains how.
To request deletion, email hello@allocurve.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
What happens next
- We confirm your request and verify that it comes from the account owner.
- We delete the personal information we hold about you, along with any data we retrieved from the advertising and commerce accounts you connected to AlloCurve.
- We complete deletion within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records by law.
- We email you to confirm once the deletion is complete.
Disconnecting a connected account
You can disconnect any advertising or commerce account you have connected to AlloCurve at any time. Disconnecting immediately stops our access to that account's data going forward. Disconnecting alone does not delete data we have already stored — to remove that data, submit a deletion request as described above.
What we delete
- Your account information (name, business name, email, phone).
- Data we retrieved from your connected advertising and commerce accounts.
- Usage information tied to your account.
We may retain a limited record of the deletion request itself, and any information we are legally required to keep, for compliance purposes.
