This Privacy Policy describes how YetiWerks, LLC ("YetiWerks," "AlloCurve," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the AlloCurve website and services (collectively, the "Service"). AlloCurve helps retail businesses manage and improve their advertising.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information. When you request access or create an account, we collect information such as your name, business name, email address, and phone number.

Connected Account Data. To operate the Service, you may choose to connect advertising and commerce accounts you use to run your business. With your authorization, we access information from those connected accounts — such as campaign performance, spend, product catalog, and sales and inventory signals — solely to provide the Service to you.

Usage Information. We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including access times, features used, and device and browser information.

Communications. If you contact us or submit a request for access, we retain that correspondence.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
• Analyze the performance of your advertising and prepare recommendations and reporting;
• Carry out changes to your advertising that you have authorized or approved;
• Communicate with you about your account, requests, and the Service;
• Improve and develop new features;
• Protect the security and integrity of the Service; and
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Data From Connected Platforms

When you connect an advertising or commerce account, we access data from that account only to operate the Service on your behalf — for example, to understand what is working, prepare recommendations, and, with your approval, act on them. We do not sell this data, use it for our own advertising, or share it other than as described in this policy. You may disconnect a connected account at any time.

4. Information Sharing

Service Providers. We share information with third-party providers who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, infrastructure, and email delivery. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may not use it for their own purposes.

Connected Platforms. To act on your behalf, we exchange information with the advertising and commerce platforms you choose to connect, within the permissions you grant.

No Sale of Personal Information. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your business data to any third party for marketing purposes.

Legal Requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AlloCurve, our users, or others.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encryption of sensitive data, secure authentication, and access controls.

6. Your Choices

You may disconnect any connected account at any time, which stops our access to that account's data going forward. You may update or correct your account information, and you may request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at hello@allocurve.com.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes and enforcing agreements.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. California Privacy Rights

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
